How to cook Winter Hot Udon

Ingredients
2 bundles The Han Kitchen Organic Udon, 1/2 sliced green onions, 200g thinly sliced beef,
1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar [Udon broth] 1/3 cup mentsuyu or tsuyu, 450g water,
1 tbsp mirin
Step 1. Prepare Udon broth
In a medium saucepan, put mentsuyu or tsuyu, water and mirin and mix well. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Step 2. Cook beef and noodles
Cook beef on a pan over medium heat with soy sauce and sugar until it is well coated with the seasoning. Remove from the heat. And cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Step 3. Garnish and serve
Divide the well-drained udon noodles into individual bowls and pour the hot broth and place beef and green onions on top.
