How to cook Summer Cold Soba

Ingredients
2 bundles The Han Kitchen Organic Soba, 1 medium green onion, 200g radish, 1/2 cup mentsuyu or tsuyu (dipping sauce)
Step 1. Prepare to cook
Thinly slice green onions and grate radish and put them in small dishes. Pour mentsuyu in individual dipping sauce bowls.
Step 2. Boil for 6 minutes
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes gently stirring occasionally until tender. Quickly rinse noodles under cold running water until completely cold and drain well.
Step 3. Garnish and serve
Put a small portion of green onions and radish in the dipping sauce and dip the soba noodles to enjoy!
