How to cook Japanese Pork Ramen

Ingredients
2 bundles The Han Kitchen Organic Ramen, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 200g sliced pork, 3 tsp grated ginger, 4 tsp grated garlic, 4 cup chicken or vegetable broth, 4 cup water, 1/2 cup chopped chives
Step 1. Cook meat first
Slice meat and stir-fry in a pan with 1/2 tbsp sesame oil until just starting to brown, then set aside.
Step 2. Boil Ramen broth
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet and stir fry the garlic and ginger over medium low heat. Add the broth and the water and bring to a simmer.
Step 3. Add noodles and season
Add the noodles to the hot liquid and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Add the chives and stir to combine. Season with chili oil, sesame oil and salt to taste and serve.
